A modular extension to our flagship Leisure Hub, designed to assist leisure operators in expanding their online activity offerings and efficiently managing participation.
Since its release in 2021, Ticket Hub has enabled operators to offer activities online that were previously difficult to manage, resulting in up to a five-fold increase in activity bookings and attendance for some sites.

With four major updates already released and more to come, Ticket Hub offers a new booking type that seamlessly blends with the existing Leisure Hub architecture, making it simple and user-friendly for both operators and their members.
Setting up a single ticketed activity or recurring ticketed activities is made easy through our intuitive configuration page, where operators can specify activity times, ticket price options, and control ticket availability.
Editing existing ticketed activities or copying them for new ones is also a breeze making administration of your online offering quick and simple.
What can you do?
Operators can review upcoming and past ticketed activities, including the number of tickets sold and expected attendees, and mark attendance using the ticketed activity register from within Leisure Hub or the module’s configuration site. Ticket Hub also allows for the quick update of available spaces for a ticketed activity and the transfer of ticket holders to other activities.
Ticket Hub is ideal for family, large group, or party bookings, as it allows for multiple spaces to be booked at once by a member. With pre-booking, ticketholders have quicker access to the activity, and an ultimately greater customer journey for both end users and staff.
