I joined Xn Leisure as a Junior Developer in 2013 and have loved every minute since, progressing through to development manager. I now lead a team of 7+ amazing Developers who work very hard to innovate and bring great functionality to our software.    

Senior Technology Manager with 35 years of leisure experience. Proven track record in process improvement, application development, and digital transformation. Passionate cyclist trying to maintain 100 miles a week, but in the garage through the winter and rainy days!

I joined Xn in 2000 after working within the leisure industry for a number of years, it was a natural move to work alongside the sector and deliver a digital cloud platform for consumers. I of course enjoy sport and my real passion is supporting various clubs and motorsport at a coaching level.    

I joined Xn Leisure in 2017 having previously worked in a variety of operational roles within the leisure sector. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two boys Zach and Toby and supporting Aston Villa, I am also the Captain of the 59th Birmingham Boys Brigade Company.

Having previously worked for thirteen years at our partner Omega Security Systems, I joined Xn Leisure in the summer of 2021 taking up an account management role. When not in work, I coach my eldest sons junior football team and enjoy weekends of quality family time.
